Well, the last two nights I stayed at my manager's apartment. I've been watching her kitten for her.

Let me go a little away from my topic for the moment to ask, "Do ALL kittens act like crazy psychos?!?" She's up my leg, down my leg, up my leg, climb on the table, run around, jump down, up my leg, onto my shoulder, chew on my ear, jump into my mac and cheese, onto the floor, run around the apartment, somersault, up my leg again...  and on and on. She never stops. It's driving me nuts. I'm going to lock her out of the bedroom tonight, so I don't wake up to her climbing and chewing in my hair. Uggh.

Oh, and in other news, I found three white hairs on my head. They actually blend in quite well with my blond hairs, and I only noticed them when I was playing with my hair, parting it different ways and they ended up on top. I wonder how long they've been there. I haven't colored my hair at all in the last couple years, and the one was the length of the rest of my hair, so they must have been there through multiple dye jobs. Yuck. I could see if I lived a very very stressful lifestyle, but I don't think switching careers and moving three times in a two year period and moving 500 miles away... ok, well, maybe that's it. Sigh....

Okay, back to the topic at hand. So I've spent the last couple days away, and I got back today to discover a couple of patches of broken skin on Marlon's tail, and some open sores on his tummy. My dad was awesome enough to take us to the vet, because I only have $23 in change, literally, until Friday. Well, and $5 in my bank account. But yeah. So anyway, he took us up there and the vet said that he was having an allergic reaction to something, and licking himself. I said "That makes sense. I just moved into my dad's (messy) house." So he has Prednisone and Linlolin (I think...can't read it) and he gets those twice per day. Yay! ..... yeah, I'm just kidding. Not going to be fun for either of us. And the dr shaved and bandaged the bad spots on his tail and we have to go back and have those checked on Thursday.

Yeah, so today I'm cleaning. I think it's an allergic reaction to all the dirt, but we shall see.

All right, on to fun-ness. Ha.

Well, just got a message from Bravenet, and apparently my journal has just been selected as a Journal of the Week. Hhm, well, thank you! And if anyone visiting has any advice about surviving the next few days with crazy kitty.....
